Certificate of Compliance

To carry out an inspection or series of inspections as in a construction supervision role of a development and give an opinion that the construction complies substantially with the permission granted and in accordance with the Building Control Regulations 1991. The Certificate is issued solely with a view to providing evidence for title purposes of the compliance of the Relevant Works with the requirements of Planning Legislation and of the Building Regulations.

It is not a report or survey on the physical condition of the development and only issued on successful completion of works.
