Building Energy Rating Assessment

 

Under new regulations, every commercial property and dwellinghouse that received planning permission after the 1 January, 2007, must be provided with a Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate, and all existing dwellings need to have a BER certificate from 1 January, 2009.

Your house will receive a BER, similar to those that you see on fridges, washing machines and other electrical goods, based on thorough analysis of the building via a survey, or thorough analysis of the plans for a new development.

We create an accurate energy rating for the purposes of the regulation now, and also for the purposes of carbon taxation in the future.
